Company Search Queries & AI Processing
When you generate reports using PrepWork, the information you submit (including company names and related prompts or queries) may be processed by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, for the purpose of generating report content. We do not intentionally retain company search queries after report generation except as reasonably necessary for system functionality, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or temporary caching. Users should avoid submitting confidential, highly sensitive, regulated, or protected personal information through the Service.
Saved Reports & User Content
Reports you choose to save within your account may be retained as part of your account data until deleted by you or your account is removed.
We use information collected through the Service to provide, operate, and maintain PrepWork; manage user accounts, subscriptions, and credits; generate AI-powered reports; process payments and send receipts; provide customer support; monitor performance and security; improve product features; detect abuse or fraud; and comply with legal obligations. We may also use aggregated or anonymized usage data for analytics and business operations.

We retain account information, saved reports, and related account data for as long as your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will take reasonable steps to remove or anonymize your information within approximately 30 days, except where retention is required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup systems.
We implement commercially reasonable and industry-standard security measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, Firebase security configurations, secure payment processing through Stripe, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
PrepWork utilizes artificial intelligence systems to generate reports and related outputs. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect conclusions. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying generated information before relying on it for business, legal, financial, hiring, investment, or strategic decisions. PrepWork does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
